The Glenn Miller Birthplace Society's role is to oversee the daily operations, planning, programming, and preservation of the Glenn Miller Birthplace Museum, including the planning and preparation of the annual Glenn Miller Festival.
The Glenn Miller Birthplace Museum, located in the quaint community of Clarinda, Iowa is a 3,000 sq. ft. museum housed within our visitor center and sits adjacent to the Glenn Miller birthplace home. Our museum experience will immerse you in the life of Glenn Miller.
The Glenn Miller Birthplace Museum is honored to have a branch of the Society in Japan. The Japan Branch was formed in 1993 and is headquartered in Tokyo.
